On October 28th, we delved into the world of blood (donation), featuring Eva-Maria Merz from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam as the special guest. Eva leads research on donor behaviour at Sanquin blood bank. It was a successful and fun evening where the audience was entertained and informed about multiple themes such as the scarcity of certain blood types, the altruistic journey of blood donations, and the level of solidarity within our community.
